spoon.tech is not only for restaurants, but also for other establishments in hospitality (such as hotels, bars, cafes) and retail. It caters to companies of all sizes: from small businesses to chains and franchises with multiple locations.

The training materials are customized for each client. With spoon.tech, each client can easily convert their own processes and policies into interactive training materials with visuals, bite-sized videos, quizzes and true/false questions.

You or anyone from your company can create and assign the training contents. We provide the tools that enable you to quickly and easily convert your existing documents into training materials. We will support and guide you throughout the process.

Our interface is language-neutral, so you can create the training materials in any language you and your staff are comfortable with.

• First we have an introductory call to understand your needs and discuss if spoon.tech would be the right fit for you
• If you agree to proceed, you start by signing an NDA (to protect your data) and send us the documents you want to include in your training.  

• Then you receive spoon.tech credentials along with the first draft of training built by us.  
• You review it, and then we work with you or your dedicated representative to set up the initial and complete training contents.
• Once the setup is complete, your free trial period starts where you pilot spoon.tech at your selected location(s).
• At the end of the trial period, you make the decision to roll out spoon.tech to other locations.

We incorporate microlearning elements to make sure the knowledge is easy to digest, and gamification elements to make it fun so that the employees come back and the learning is continuous.

We have a web interface for managers to create the training materials, assign them and monitor progress, and we have an app for the employees to access the training contents and learn.

You have the option of incorporating texts and images, 1-minute microlearning videos, drag and drop to arrange in the right order, multiple choice questions, and true-false questions into the training contents.
